DPF70A - 7.0" Digital Photo Frame
Troubleshooting
No power to the frame:
This is likely due to an AC adaptor failure. Please test the frame using another power socket. Ensure that the plug is inserted correctly. If this fails, replace the AC adaptor.
Remote control does not function:
Please check the battery has power (the battery can be used for approx 1 year under normal conditions). If the battery has no power, replace the battery. Battery type CR2025
The frame will not read the card or USB disc:
Please ensure that there is content stored on the card or USB disc. Note, the frame will not read the card or USB disc if they are empty.
The frame will not play files stored to the card or USB disc:
Please ensure that file format stored to the card or USB disc is compatible with the frame.

For JPEG images, please ensure that any ‘headers’ are removed from the JPEG file which may cause compatibility errors. If images are processed using image editing software, please ensure that a ‘save for web’ or ‘baseline’ setting is used.

The frame supports most JPEG, MJPEG and AVI files produced by a digital camera. The frame may not support an image or media file downloaded from the internet.
Media file will not play correctly:
The memory card speed may be too low for the frame to read the media file correctly. Try using a memory card with a higher read speed to view media files.
The LCD display is too bright or too dark:
Please adjust the brightness or contrast using the setup menu.
The colour is excessively bright or dark:
Please adjust the colour setup or check the TV system is correct.
No sound:
Check that the volume is not set to minimum or ‘MUTE’ state.
